Optional analytics with PostHog
If you accept analytics, PostHog is loaded using its European endpoint. Navigation data and interaction events are used to understand which pages and tools are useful and to improve the content. Analytics are not loaded before consent.
Session recording and general autocapture are disabled. Custom events are limited to actions such as using a tool, opening an FAQ or following an external link.
Health information we do not send
Individual symptom-checker answers remain in your browser. Values entered into the testosterone converter and conversion results are not sent to PostHog either. Analytics record only that the tool was used and, for the converter, the direction of conversion.
Legal basis and consent
Optional analytics are activated only after an affirmative consent action. You can reject analytics just as easily or change your preference using "Analytics settings" in the footer.
Technical hosting data
The site is served using Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and security logs. The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Recipients and transfers
Analytics data are processed using PostHog, configured with its European endpoint, and technical hosting data are processed using Cloudflare. We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for advertising. Where a provider carries out an international transfer, it must use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention
Analytics data are kept only for as long as needed to measure site use and improve content, according to the provider's current retention configuration and periodic reviews of necessity. Your analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing by writing to privacy@nivelta.es. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using "Analytics settings" without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
